The new 36-month project “Physical and Augmented Reality for Climate Change Education (PARCCE)” kicked-off in Athens on 11-12 December 2023 with the 1st Partners’ Meeting.
The meeting that was held in a hybrid format, gave the Partners the opportunity to meet each other and introduce our activities especially those relating to Climate Change Education. Besides establishing a common language amongst the consortium, the meeting set the base for the activities that will unfold over the next 3 years, as well as its dissemination and communication plans.
The project will start with a mapping of existing initiatives and resources on Climate Change Education in the Partner Countries, and the drafting of a so called “traditional” material on the topic.
PARCCE is an Erasmus+ Project (KA2) and the partners come from four countries: MIO-ECSDE (Lead), University of Crete, and 1st Primary School of Rafina (Greece); Ministry of Education, Culture, Sport & Youth / Pedagogic Institute and Pernera Primary School (Cyprus); Circolo Festambiente and Istituto Comprensivo Orsino Orsini (Italy), U Marinu-Bastia and College Montessoro-Bastia (France)
