Learning is mainly a social activity. You need people to discuss what you read, what you see. So, interactions and exchanges between learners should be more present.

The Asterousia Hybrid University is definitely a success. The main factor of this success is the balanced combination of high quality, relevant and diverse, up-to-date teaching of important topics by key experts, with hands-on field work during its first live phase and its innovative structure which allows, during the second online phase, large audiences from all over the world to attend, interact and benefit. Through this scheme we all learn from communities of knowledge and practice.
