“A hand-made festival with care and professionalism”
Be2aty’s EnviroMORE Closing Festival was a lively celebration of creativity, initiative, and hope for a greener future.
Over two full days (30-31 January), and spread in three distinct zones at the Goethe-Institut Cairo, the Festival brought together the Be2aty, ideas, stakeholders and its vibrant youth community to celebrate the project accomplishments during the last 3 years! More than 250 people attended the festival and participated in interactive activities, panel discussions, guided tours, and workshops. The 24 youth project ideas that the young people themselves displayed were the heart of the festival.
The Festival was designed to have a minimum environmental footprint in terms of food selection, avoiding single use plastics, the in-house sources used, and the recycling options provided.
With a few more activities foreseen, the Be2aty journey comes to an end in March 2026.
