REIMAGINE – RECREATE – RESTORE
The World Environment Day 2021 (5 June) calls all of us to join the #GenerationRestoration campaign,
to rethink our relationship with nature, our values and visions for our future environment,
marking the lauching of the UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration
The WED 2021 interactive portal presents a wealth of interesting ideas to start with, from exploring peoples’ stories, challenges to take, or marking your own initiative in the campaign’s calendar.
Among others, you can take an interactive Journey Through Ecosystems (savanahs, reefs, forests, peatlands, etc.) choose a role and find it out why they matter to us (reimagine), what can be done (to recreate), and what is our part (to restore).
