The Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) and the Interreg MED Green Growth community have the pleasure to invite you to participate in the above webinar on 21 October 09.30-1200 h CET.
Inspirational keynote speakers will provide current insight and future predictions on the importance of food losses, food waste reduction and organic waste management in the Mediterranean region. As a participant you will get the opportunity to learn from the practical experiences regarding current initiatives, programmes and projects on the ground provided by different organisations like FAO and territorial cooperation programmes such as Interreg MED, PRIMA and ENI CBC MED.
Participants are expected to:
- Interact with the speakers through Q&A sessions and to provide their own insights on the current problem facing the Mediterranean food systems through the interactive online tools.
- Create new long-lasting collaborations to continue to provide innovative solutions to ease the transition to a green and circular economy in the Mediterranean region.
- Be able to provide their input, experience and recap the knowledge they have gained.
