UNECE STRATEGY FOR EDUCATION FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT (2005)

The UNECE Strategy on ESD was officially launched in 2005 after many years of the fruitful collaborative and intensive work of ESD experts and practititioneers from the UNECE region, among of which MEdIES Coordinator Prof .Scoullos. The Strategy is among the first ever plans for designing applying and monitoring ESD  at regional level, widely recognised. It is run succesfully since then, while it has been the blueprint for the Mediterranean Strategy on ESD.
