Welcome to Earth School, an immersive 30 day Nature Adventure by TED-Ed!
In April 2020, in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, an unprecedented coalition of over 70 environmental and education experts came together to help parents, students and teachers with a series of lessons called Earth School. The programme is designed to help them discover and celebrate our connection with nature, through a series of daily adventures – or Quests.
Every weekday between Earth Day (April 22nd) and World Environment Day (June 5th) learners can learn something new. The curriculum covers real-world concepts like what is required to produce the T-shirts we wear, the water we drink, and the food on our plates. Each Quest will consist of a discovery video and fun quiz. Besides that you’ll find fascinating resources compiled by experts and ideas for getting involved in ways that count.
Earth School has been developed under the guidance of TED-Ed, plus a cross-divisional team at UNEP and many other partners.
