A collaboration between TED Countdown and Fine Acts, Artists for Climate started as a global open call that sought digital illustrations targeting climate change, with a focus on hope and solutions. The project received 2,222 submissions by 1,432 artists from 95 countries. The outstanding work of a total of 50 Selected Artists, 46 Finalists, and 54 honorable mentions has been chosen to join The Climate Collection – a unique vault of open-license visuals that inspire climate action.
The artworks you see here have been published online under a Creative Commons license and are available for anyone to use and adapt non-commercially, to help shift the global narrative of the climate crisis towards a brighter future. This hopeful collection is an invaluable resource and tool for activists, grassroots organizations, and nonprofits from around the world, working towards climate action.
