GWP CEE is organising at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences in Warsaw (Poland) on 9 - 16 July 2017 the Summer School "Water in the sustainable development â€“ current challenges and opportunities", in co-operation with partner organisations from the region and under the patronage of UNESCO Chair on Sustainable Development and Ecological Awareness, Technical University in Zvolen, Slovakia.
The Summer School is open to students in existing MSc and PhD water management related programmes, especially from universities which are registered partners to GWP-CEE and GWP Mediterranean. The participants must be able to communicate fluently in English.
Financial support, covering the prize of the course and accommodation, for students from Partner universities of GWP CEE and GWP MED will be provided on first come-first served basis (travel costs have to be covered by the participants). The summer school is open also to MSc and PhD students from any other university in Europe that show an interest in enhancing IWRM knowledge and broader aspects of water security.
