The secretariat of the MAB Programme and the UNESCO Regional Bureau for Science and Culture in Europe are proud to announce the organization of the 2017 MAB YOUTH FORUM - committed to sustainable Development, which will be held in the Po Delta Biosphere Reserve, Italy, on 18‚Äź23 September 2017. The MAB YOUTH FORUM will involve young people (age between 18-35) having the following profile:
Youth active in the civil society of the Biosphere Reserve, and/or;
Youth earning their livelihood within the Biosphere Reserve, and/or;
Youth dedicating their attention to Biosphere Reserves for studies and researches.
We apologize for any cross-posting, as you could have already received this announcement from your MAB National Committee / MAB Focal Point or from other UNESCO regional/cluster offices in your region. The MAB Youth Forum Organizing Committee would like to use this chance to call again for your very much appreciated support to the successful organization of the 2017 MAB Youth Forum.
It would be highly appreciated if you could disseminate this announcement and help us reach and identify potential youth participants from your Biosphere Reserve. All selected participants will in fact have to include a letter of support from their respective Manager/Coordinator in their application to the Forum.
